Ramaswamy, senior citizens aged 72 is an NGO to help exclusively NRIswho hail from Tamilnadu and who are owning properties in Tamilnadu but unable to dispose off their inherited properties and also their self earned properties like house and Agricultural Land in their native villages / Towns as they are unable to make frequent trips to India for the said purposes due to lengthy procedures involved. I am a retired Banker with varied experience in dealing with such matters.
