T. V. Ramaswamy, senior citizens aged 72 is an NGO to help exclusively NRIswho hail from Tamilnadu and who are owning properties in Tamilnadu but unable to dispose off their inherited properties and also their self earned properties like house and Agricultural Land in their native villages / Towns as they are unable to make frequent trips to India for the said purposes due to lengthy procedures involved. I am a retired Banker with varied experience in dealing with such matters. I have a TEAM of Lawyers, Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Retired Govt. officials from Revenue Departments to deal with various Govt. Agencies in a systematic manner.
I am not doing this for any commercial motive but purely to help the HELPLESS NRIs in these tasks and only actual incidental expenses will be collected. Once the transaction completes, property owners who are NRIs can send 5% of the Sale Deed to a renowned Patashala which is being run by a Trust under the name of “SANATANA VEDHA DHARMA PARIPALANA SABHA (TRUST)” at NANGANALLUR – CHENNAI and earn PUNYAM for you and your family.
Why do I focus only NRIs? Yes. Only NRIs who have sacrificed all their comforts and leaving their family members have gone to various countries not for pleasure but to earn their livelihood of their own future because since 1967 no conducive climate prevails within India to survive. Out of compulsion they had leave their homes after their higher education be it Brahmins or even from other castes. After certain stage of years when they are fully established as a family, they are unable to return to India as no future is guaranteed for them with any source of re-employment or children education etc.
Under the above circumstances, their aged parents are left in Old Age Homes or Senior Citizen Villas. But their ancestral property or self earned property of their parents remains idle without enabling to put it for sale. If an NRI has to come down to India for this purpose within 3 weeks of his holidays he is unable to complete the entire process at one go. Again another trip is warranted within next 6 months which he is unable to undertake due to various reasons. When he comes again only after two or three years entire processes need to be re-commenced. Lack of time and wastage of money in travelling.
It is here I enter into their shoes purely on humanitarian grounds with utmost sincerity to assist them to accomplish their unfulfilled tasks thereby capture their humble hearts to get contribution from them as donation and not as service-charges for our “SANATANA VEDHA DHARMA PARIPALANA SABHA (TRUST)”.It is mutually benefitted for a noble cause.
